Talked to Orly last night. BO will be defenseless against Orly’s next lawsuit.

Of course, Bo’s lawyer Bob will claim it is all Political, Nobody has Standing and No Court has Jurisdiction.

Those arguments work to get all of Berg’s cases thrown out of Court but they will NOT work in Orly’s next case.

The only point of the “ping to All” posts is disruption.

The way I see it, the posts have done what was intended.

Many FReepers don’t know who to trust. Now many will look for a hidden agenda in replies on BC threads which wouldn’t have normally been questionable.

Also it has basically killed this thread. Whatever info could have been gleaned from it has now dried up.

I took a rare day off from FR yesterday. And it appears that I picked a good one. That was the worst travesty I’ve ever seen on this site. Mental breakdown? Naw, it was probably a coordinated effort to slam both Berg and Orly as much as possible. I say more power to all of them! As Ronaldus Maximus used to say, it’s amazing how much you can get accomplished when no one cares about who gets the credit.

I always had the sense that he was on some kind of mission, using unorthodox methods (or maybe orthodox methods, depending on your point of view). He's actually been doing stuff like this, intermediately, for weeks. I have no idea where his heart is, I'm trying to judge (like I judge all postings) on what the effect is. I don't have a CLUE whether the net effect has been good or bad really, except that a lot of people are ticked off.

I'm still in "observation mode" on this one. He's left me alone, but then I don't post to him.
