The key is getting the case to trial or judges. I think the factcheck.org stuff in the footnotes was an incredible blunder by his legal team.

This is not an abstract legal case to Orly. She grew up in the USSR. She is horrified by the thought of the USA becoming like the USSR. She loves the USA as much or more than anyone I have ever known.

Some people have tried to dismiss her but anyone who is a dentist and passed the CA bar exam is smart. The CA bar is very very tough.
