While I am sure Orly would be somewhat flattered by a draft for her as Governor of California, I know she would just laugh as she frequently does in our conversations. She might not turn down a position of US Attorney in some administration other than bo’s.

I ran a search on Orly in Westlaw and cannot find a single reported case in federal or state court that she has ever handled. Did I miss something?

Article 2, Section 3, Clause 3 of the US Constitution:

"No Person shall be a Senator who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty Years, and been nine Years a Citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State for which he shall be chosen."

In fact, Article 2, Sections 2 & 3 both refer to Representatives, Senators and even the President with the masculine pronoun. The 19th Amendment affords women the right to vote, not hold those offices.

So your argument of "if you can’t find any such clause in the Constitution, well then it doesn't exist", is specious and laughable. Tell that to the Congressmen AND CongressWOMEN who have tried, AND FAILED, to modify or remove the "Natural Born Citizen" clause a total of 26 times since the 1870s.

If Websters can be used to define the gender-neutral pronoun of "he", Vattel can most certainly and accurately be used to define "Natural Born Citizen".

So, as much as it pains me to admit it, Barbara Boxer is permitted to hold office as a Senator. The same cannot be said for Obama as president...

Not to put the cart before (non-tax paying) donkey but let’s assume SCOTUS gets a COLB or something showing O is not NBC and maybe not even a citizen or became a citizen in his 20’s.

SCOTUS rules he is not legit. Some have said he needs to be impeached but others have said he will be a fraud and the American citizenry was defrauded. The MSM and Dems circle the wagons and O says he is going to stay.

I guess they can keep pretending but any bill or EO he signs is void. I guess we have to sue to insure no law he signs are carried out. What about the budget?

It is startling to me how intelligent Orly is.

This morning she told me something regarding this case that was almost shocking to me and I thought I knew as much as anyone about the strange history of BO.

When this case is argued on the merits you will see that there was no reason to worry about bo being removed from office.

I suspect he will make a deal. I certainly hope he spares his lovely daughters the awful shame that will come if his whole story is revealed by the news media.

Furthermore, BO pulled off the biggest con in the history of American Politics. The FBI could use a guy like BO in their investigations of crooked politicians.
