I hope so. I think Justice Scalia has a low tolerance for crooks and frauds like Obama. Scalia will not be intimidated and I think that is true for Justice Thomas as well.

We can only hope that these two fine justices will uphold AND PROTECT the Constitution and bring this fraud to justice. Otherwise, a horrifying precedent will be set for any future thug or NON-US-CITIZEN to become president....a truly horrifying thought.
