He supplied something, I'm not sure it was affidavits or not, but the lower court threw it out. He also supplied loose allegations of forgery written by Polarik so I suspect that Berg doesn't lacks judgment when sorting out evidence.
NO, they did NOT. Now you're just engaging in shallow Obamanism. Shame on you! The lower court sided with Obama's argument that Berg did not have standing with the court to even file the suit because, as the judge said, the "harm" created by an inelligible candidate was too attenuous to determine, whatever the hell that means...part of Obama and the DNC's argument was that since Berg wasn't a candidate himself, he shouldn't be allowed to file. The court did NOT "throw out" his evidence, AND, the affidavits (yes, there were at least 2 AFFIDAVITS) were not part of the lower court case, they were added to the appeal to the Supreme Court. They were by the 2 people (both ministers, for whatever that's worth) that conducted and translated his interview with the grandmother. One thing has become painfully clear. You don't even know the basics about this issue, but yet you have basically posted a pro-Obama thread, doing their propaganda for them. That ain't cool, man. Yeah, Berg has a lot of baggage apart from this, but that's separate from the legal facts.
