You seem to be saying that Irish terrorism is not really terrorism because of the actions of the British. If so, that is an evil and foolish thing to say. Evil because it is never legitimate to deliberately target civilians. Foolish because, of course, the British do not consider their political relationship with Northern Ireland to be one of occupation, and neither does the U.S. (or the U.N. for that matter).
