I’ve noticed the absence of many long time Freepers. Some of the bans were pretty shocking, too. The site isn’t the same.

Thanks. I stand corrected. Like I said, I didn’t follow it that closely.
Any Ron Paul Supporters here? You know how one drop of Fred!’s blood sprayed into the atmosphere would stop global warming? Well, Ron Paul killed a rabbit with his teeth. It was a Peeps Bunny, though. Does that count?

Who did Mr. Robinson support? I know he supported Arnold at the end of the 2003 recall election. Ugh, I was pro Ahnold as well. What a mistake. And I wasn't violently against Rudy either until his more recent pro-infanticide comments. I work and pray that I won't have to hold my nose when I vote next fall.

Famously Frisky eh? ... snicker....

That's true, however,
just about every two years
it "isn't the same"
as it was before.
I think the next elections
will restore order.

What a load of bull.
(They asked that their names be kept out of this story for fear of antagonizing the famously frisky site regulars.)
Baloney. I'm getting hte idea that their sources do not exist.
Over the past few weeks, chaos has reigned in the âFreeperâ community as members sympathetic to the former mayor's candidacy claim to have suffered banishment from the site.
Let them name themselves.

Whew! I'm still here, haven't been banned but I also don't support the Rudy.
For what its worth, if a handshake can help determine a man's sincerity, I had the experience of shaking his hand at our Macomb County Republican Party Lincoln Dinner back in March and it felt like I was holding a wad of soft puddy........add to that that he didn't even look me in the eyes.........well, you understand what I mean.

They were victimized, they say, by a wave of purges designed to weed out any remaining support for the Giuliani campaign If true, chances are they were trolls. I've noticed quite a few Rudy supporters that have joined as recently as in Nov. 2006 to present.

Rudy is a liberal; so’s McCain for that matter.
Newt Gingrich needs to give up on the Global Warming BS or he’s gonna be lumped in with the socialists too. I really like Newt; nearly everything he stands for I like and agree with but I draw the line on the man-made global warming crap. Newt, you are disappointing me.
To: Eurotwit
some of the former mayors most damning moderate quotes in mainstream media venues, along with a color-coded report card tracking his less-than-doctrinaire positions on abortion, immigration, gays and guns. Gee... in the last paragraph, Rebecca starts to get it! But it isn't just Rudy's quotes, it's his record and his positions: abortion, immigration, gays and guns, deficit spending, bloated government, 4th amendment abuses, etc. etc. etc.
Does she really think I'd last long at DemocraticUnderground if I was posting in opposition to the unions or the welfare state and cussing out all the liberals for being "morons" if they didn't agree with me? Heaven forbid if I said I supported the war or George Bush!
