In 06, the Congress pandered to the Social Cs -- who still turned out in numbers to vote for Rs. But they abandoned the CwA conservatives -- and lost their majority.

Now, you folks are pulling the party even *further* away from the CwA.

Your list is dominated by Gays and Abortion. Not one mention anywhere of a CwA issue.

The 'gun' issue does have legs, and Rudy will have to make it clear he won't grab guns to get elected. Which, I'm pretty certain, he will do.

Actually the voters rejected the social conservative candidates. George Allen lost, Jim Talent lost, and Conrad Burns lost.
