It might be to you, but facts can be inconvenient things, when indulging in hyperbole and demonization. I made specific comments, in any event.
And quibbles can be used to try and pretend the overall larger truth is not the case.
Can you say with a straight face that Rudy has not been an ardent promoter of gay causes?
You can call them "civil unions" and play word games, but it's just gay marriage by another name.
