"You don't come from behind in today's environment and win. The political savvy on this thread is missing on how things work in the real world."
You mean the real world where John Kerry had 4% in December 2003 (a month out from the first caucus in Iowa) and won the democrat's primary?
If you want to crown Giuliani the nominee now, you may be in for a shock when the candidate is elected at the convention.
I am not annointing anyone -- just saying why I support Rudy who has not even declared yet.
I supported George Allen before he got defeated.
One difference between me and you from what I can tell is that whoever is the nominee I will roll up my sleeves and work to defeat Hillary or whoever from the DemocRATs. I will even work to elect John McCain if he is the winner which speaks volumes coming from me.
I am also not going around threads trashing other candidates -- let them stand on their own merit and let people on here see what they stand for -- will tell you this that any Republican saying they will overturn Roe v. Wade as President doesn't have a clue and are pandering. President has no authority to tell SCOTUS what to do or to require a SCOTUS nominee to state they will vote to overturn because if confirmed that nominee would have to sit out any ruling on Roe v. Wade.
