WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Vice President Dick Cheney's pregnant lesbian daughter Mary will make a "fine mom," President George W. Bush said, sidestepping his past comment that a child ideally would be raised by a mother and father.

Mary Cheney, 37, and her longtime partner, Heather Poe, are expecting their first child, which would be the sixth grandchild for the vice president. Cheney was hired last year as an executive for America Online.

"I think Mary is going to be a loving soul to her child. And I'm happy for her," Bush said in an interview with People magazine.

the Andrea Yates example is extreme - but it illustrates the point. do you know how many heterosexual mothers we have in the US with no husbands, who are alcoholics, drug addicts, etc? millions. yet you want to "disqualify" Mary Cheney from being a mother because of her sexuality.

This subject is a constant source of amusement.

Mary Cheney's kid is going to be brought up in a loving home, by parents that can provide for him, a far cry better than some unwanted child born into a family where they won't be loved.

I think that the rampant "homosexuality" we see today is for the most part the modern-day flower child's new tune in, turn on and drop out method of absolutely THE most exquisite punishment of parents which they have now swapped for the once major rebellion of joining a commune, engaging in free love, taking LSD and smoking pot. The young had to up the ante on the rebellion gamble; then find that sinful (in my opinion) habits are hard to break, so sometimes live a life of games.

The Michael Jackson Complex is fixation on mutilation of and deviance with human anatomy in the media. It is a social psychosis catering to the lowest common denominator and generated with Pavlovian behavioral conditioning in popular culture.

Should we really be canonizing special societal privileges in the law based on idolatrous fetishes?

Disability, welfare, Social Security, etc., etc., ad nausea...

The social psychosis generated by behavioral conditioning (Pavlov's salivating dogs) in the popular culture and the conditioned response to accept the false premises of mental illness or birth defect will be used as a political tool to systematically rob the public purse.

Then, we could have other self-inflicted mental illness and disease (aside from those we already do) subsidized by the government, consolidating an ever increasing portion of the economy in the hands of the cultural Marxists.
