What you do not seem to understand is that I do not care. This Country has more significant problems than Mary Contrary.

"It's now a real issue that WILL cost the GOP votes--maybe millions of them--if they don't get their act together."
I think the RNC and GOP suits are so larded with homosexuals and their supporters (more supporters) that it's a lost cause. They want to shove it down our throats even if it costs elections.
I hope I am proved wrong.

Gay Pride parades consist of public indecency, nudity, live sex acts, and children are witnesses and participants in the parades. So it is germane to the discussion. Perposterous.
You are naive. It's kinda cute.

Me too. I just have this bad feeling we're going to be talking seriously on FR about a Third Party in 2008...

Not really. I've known a lot of lesbians. Resentment of parents for whatever reason (absentee-ism prevalent among them) seems to be a common thread. That and abuse at the hands of the trusted men in their lives and other severe mental illnesses (eating disorders, depression, anger, anxiety).
I live and work in the Bay Area. I have known and know a lot of lesbians. I don't see the characteristics you have mentioned as being prevalent among them.

You probably don't know them as well as I did....

Yes, gay people marching, by default, MUST have nudity and public sex. : rolls eyes :
Do you actually know any gay people?
You also completely ignored my arguement, but that's typical. You can't respond to it logically, better to just ignore it.

so drjimmy, if you aren't prepared to defend your country, the weak, the old, those of less strength, then shut up and walk.
Do you even know what a non sequitur is?

Yes, gay people marching, by default, MUST have nudity and public sex. It happens, and you are incredibly naive to pretend that a gay parade and public debauchery are two separate and coincidental things.
You also completely ignored my arguement, but that's typical.
You have yet to offer anything resembling an argument.

...and again, I'll reiterate my position.
I'm not afraid of leftist goons, my government, liberals, Islamo-Nazis. It's liberating....try it sometime.

.....you see, the Christians you so despise are willing to take up arms to keep your head and body intact. Even if you don't realize it.
Turn the other cheek, yeah, yeah, yeah; some like to cull things to suit their own ends (and no, I am not pointing at you)
As a Christian, I have a moral obligation to defend those who cannot defend themselves. In the world today, the predators wear the cloak of Islam.

I'm pretty sure I did. And over the course of several years. I still pray that some of them find their way out. Unfortunately, with the culture of enabling out there, which demonizes ANY effort to leave the deathstyle, there's very little hope for many of them.

....and if those in America were willing to say, "I will defend those that need defending", we would be in a much better place. I don't know about you, but we will all become old, and I most certainly want to foster an attitude that we take care of our own. You'll be there someday, pal.

Me three, I wonder if Hillary will waltz easily back into the White House.
I think that's what all this is about. The RINOs in the GOP would rather have a Democrat than a Conservative in the White House and they're prepared to torpedo any Social Cons who get in the way. I saw it happen just this way in NJ in 2001. Now it's moved to the national level.
We've been expeted to just sit back and take it. But those days are over. That's the reason I didn't vote for Tom Kean Jr. in NJ. If I'm going to be represented by a liberal, let it be a liberal Democrat.

My point was that neither of us knows how well we knew the lesbians in our life. And we also know how meaningful anecdotal information is. I still think it's a stretch to assume a lesbian will automatically put her career ahead of her children.

It's absolutely no stretch to assume that a child brought into a lesbian relationship with no father will have serious psychological issues.
