Romans is by Paul. He was not a disciple, and never met Christ. In it he recapitulates Old Testament theology.
When did Christ speak of homosexuality?
You either believe the whole bible is the divine word of God and should be treated as a whole not just pick and choose the bits you want or not.
He also didn't speak about rape or child molestation. No one in his audience would have the belief that homosexual behavior was acceptable.
Jesus talks about human sexuality in Matthew 19:
4"Haven't you read," he replied, "that at the beginning the Creator 'made them male and female,' 5and said, 'For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh'? 6So they are no longer two, but one. Therefore what God has joined together, let man not separate."
