I'm another one of those conservative "retard" voters that pulled the lever "R".
This is not a complicated thing, nor is it an end of the country.
The Republicans had plenty of time to differentiate themselves from run-of-the-mill liberals, they refused to do it.
America doesn't want what the GOP was selling. They weren't selling conservatism, that much is for sure. Would a conservative platform have made a difference? We won't ever know - the GOP didn't try it. Maybe next time.
So you think the country wants what the Democrats are selling? Lies and deceit and liberalism and a party that never met a abortion or gay issue they didn't like? If you think that GOP candidates didn't run as consercvatives, then you didn't look at many races. Democrats are the ones running as something they weren't. Not Republicans.
