How would the victims if they were students, be old enough to be part of a 20 year incident?
That's one of the things that makes absolutely no sense, but then what of any of this makes sense... No matter what happened to him in his childhood it is no excuse whatsoever for this behavior. I understand though -- wanting to know why...
