I’m sorry it took me so long to get back to this. I’ve been busy with a family emergency for a few days. I don't know how much, if any, free time I’ll have in the near future. Some of you know what the family emergency is, and why it is ongoing. The rest of you are free to speculate.
I’ve grown weary of the unprovoked flame wars by Howlin and her friends, and I could feel another one coming on. I’m not french, and I’m not into appeasement. Besides, appeasement doesn’t seem to work for the other FReepers I’ve seen them flame. So I told Howlin that I knew about the anti-FReeper group she started. It’s been common knowledge for at least a couple months. I can’t believe I was the first one to mention it to her. But apparently I was. Her reaction was to call me a liar, deny the site existed, demand proof, ping her FRiends to the flame, deny the contents of the site were directed negatively toward FR, and accuse me of hacking into the site which she previously denied existed.
Why lie about it? It’s not like it was the first anti-FReeper site she was known to post at. It’s not like she’d be banned or suspended. It’s not like nobody knew she wanted Terri Schiavo dead, and hated everyone who didn’t. So why would she automatically deny the existence of the group? Keep reading, and you’ll see why.
Others from her group joined in the false accusations, and demands that I post their thread here. I resisted the demands, only to be flamed about it with more demands and false accusations. I told them that what I have includes their real names and e-mail addresses. They still demanded that I post it.
Howlin even posted a link to it. Thank you Howlin! Then someone told her that the link actually worked, and she went to yahoo to have the group removed.
Right when Howlin unwittingly posted the link, a family emergency came up, and I had to leave. Darn, I would have loved to ping everyone to it, so everyone could see for themselves, and save copies. That’s okay. There are several copies floating around, and I have one; plus a few that I’ll be handing out as stocking stuffers.
I’d like to address the false accusations against me, of hacking into Howlin’s site, and changing it from members only to open forum. Nobody hacked the site. It was an open forum. All I did was follow the links provided to me by others, just like the link Howlin posted. One of the links I followed was posted on another site, by a banned FReeper and former member of Howlin’s group and another anti-FReeper group that Howlin was in.

She left FR to pursue her new interests, but her FRiends missed her, so she came back. The thread died, but there’s no indication that any of the members have changed their opinions or allegiance.
Even after the link was posted, and I was nowhere around, I continued to get flamed with demands to post it. Some of those demands came from members of the group.
Free Republic has a policy of not allowing us to post personal information about anyone without that person’s permission (with few exceptions). It’s a good policy. So I’ve decided not to post the personal information of anyone who hasn’t given their permission. Those who demanded I post it, will find their personal information intact. Any objections may be directed toward them.
I asked for a ruling from the Lead Moderator several days ago, in case they had a problem with me posting it. I still haven’t gotten a response, so I take that to mean they have no objection.
I’ve had countless requests and demands to post this, and not a single request to not post it. So I don’t want to hear any whining.
I didn’t want to take the time to post this, but it seems that’s the only evidence some people are willing to accept. They’ve demanded I post this. You can decide for yourselves if the things they said aboutTerri Schiavo and her supporters negate everything else they said there, making it not an anti-FReeper site, (as they claim); or if their negative comments about Free Republic, Jim, the FReepathon, FR donors, various FReepers (on various subjects), the budget, and “the grifter” constitute anti-FReeping (as I claim).
Compiling this post took a lot of time, which I have precious little of right now. But I don’t want to get stuck with the reputation of liar that Howlin & Company earned. And besides, they asked so nicely.
Lesson for the day, kiddies: be careful what you ask for, and be even more careful what you demand.
