War is cruel. The rebs should have thought of that before they tried to break up the Union. There was no more slaughter than what was needed to teach the rebellious a lesson they'd never forget. Unless and until you are willing to see that the President Lincoln committed an unconstitutional act by warring against the South, we have nothing further to discuss, for this act alone, totally nullifies all the silly arguments.
