You know, this whole conversation, who's a Jew, is sick. But it's part of the forum, isn't it. Someone need to clue Variety in.

Outside of the posts the last hour or so here - and the original question that has been taken terribly out of context - I don't see what you're talking about on this forum. I see a huge amount of respect for the Jewish faith, Jewish people, and Israel above all. I'm a little surprised at the direction you seem to be taking this....
He did? I post here 5 or 6 days a week. I must have missed that. Patrick Kennedy, FR missed that. Probably cause he was a DUI liberal.
what have I said that was insulting??
That's not a defense of the garbage, nor is it an argument to get him off the hook.
Did you see how lenient California law is on DUI? That's a scandal.
Nice try. You've been around here long enough to know that you've posted another flamebait thread. Enjoy the results, I doubt they'll be to your liking.
Click.
They'd have liked having a quote from a "conservative Christian" because that's the group that the Variety crowd hates the most. That's why the quote was so effective for Variety's purposes.
You really think CA is lenient for DUI???????
If you could give a quote to Variety about Gibson's situation, what would it be?
The comment related to the importance of identifying Jews who post here.
The issue raised was Variety's apparent failure to note that the posters on Freerepublic they referenced, not by name, were Jewish. This apparently upsets some people here. That's not a new issue.
I'm happy to discuss the issue, but I'm going to assume you weren't aware of the entire context.
In my view, it's not particularly important to identify the religion of posters, if it was they'd add religious symbols to the state flags.
Oh, okay, I gotcha. I didn't go looking through those links you gave me to see if that's where her quote came from. Thanks.
It does then look at though Variety made a point of, well, lying. It makes them look more agenda-driven than I already thought they were. LOL
I asked a friend from WVa, he never heard of the term. I don't know what it means, I guess Oreo is a close as anything.
There's a distinction to be made. Mel Gibson is anti-semitic. The Passion Of The Christ is not, despite the media insisting it was.
It would seem no one on any side of the issue gives a doggone about snuffing kids.
My wife still cares about that kid. We'd rented the movie and 10 minutes into it she sent it on its way back to Erol's Video.
If it shows up on TV, the TV gets turned off ~ all the TVs go off. Power switches are thrown.
Now why is it my wife cares and no one else here does?
Having never seen the movie, I'll just assume that's right.
OT: CNN - huge celebrations in Cuba because Castro has handed over power to his brother as he undergoes surgery.
Not everyone is panting to be interviewed. I'd certainly not be happy to find my words distorted by a frivolous Hollywood MSM rag, nor would I like to see FR treated that way. In no wise would I trust the likes of Variety.
Says you. Alot of people said it was...and him saying what he said the other night does not bolster his claim that he had no agenda to make it anti-semetic. What is so hard to understand about that?
It takes a master ~ an experienced Freeper ~ to do that.
Say, hey, how 'bout that Castro. Getting his guts cut tonight I hear. Good news eh!?
I am not surprised that Hollywood would find your venom much to its taste.
I WASN'T INTERVIEWED...you said the reason they chose my post was to bolster their viewpoint. So I was INNOCENTLY asking you what you would have liked them to say.
Since you made the accusation, please elaborate.
