I've tried to bait the "denounce the Passion" crowd with a reference to "The Road Warrior" where it starts off snuffing a little kid on a highway.

It would seem no one on any side of the issue gives a doggone about snuffing kids.

My wife still cares about that kid. We'd rented the movie and 10 minutes into it she sent it on its way back to Erol's Video.

If it shows up on TV, the TV gets turned off ~ all the TVs go off. Power switches are thrown.

Now why is it my wife cares and no one else here does?

Never having seen that movie, I had NO idea that it began as a "snuff" film. Now, that I do, count me in with your wife.
