You probably know that but I want lurkers, media and freepers to see that Terri knew they were trying to kill her and she fought so hard and she was terrified in March 2005. There are good hospices and bad hospices. I realize that. The one that illegally caged Terri Schiavo longer than the six month period (five year) is a bad one. It is Hospice Woodside (Hospice of the Fla Suncoast). Medicaid fraud was perpetrated by holding Terri in a terminal care facility when she belonged in a chronic care facility.

If you don't like that we are helping other people with disability needs, then maybe you should move on.

We get requests in twos and threes and then there's a lull. They are contacting us on behalf of their friends and loved ones who without www.Terrisfight.org, BlogsforTerri, FreeRepublic, and even dare I say, the democratic underground tried to help someone recently and the referral ended up right here.

The fact is that Terri breathed on her own which means her brain stem was in tact. She laughed, she cried, she could tell one person from another. She could follow instructions and no, it doesn't matter how long it took for her to complete the task. She completed them.

The death cultists keep moving the goalpost. If a patient does well, then a higher standard is set so that it becomes increasingly more difficult to meet the standard. Then you go to judicial homicidists who are in bed with the likes of Senator Jim King who lives on Medieval Fair turkey drumsticks - throw in the ACLU, the trial lawyers who do this for a living, atheists and pornographers, yes, pornographers and somebody ends up being brutally killed, sponsored by the state of course.

BIG NEWS: Clay Roberts, is a current advisor to Charlie Crist. Clay Roberts was also Florida Elections Director. Clay Roberts was ALSO the Executive Deputy who spiked the investigation re: Terri Schiavo.

Clay Roberts leaves that post, gets a job as an Executive Deputy of Charlie Crist's AG Office, he spikes the investigation into Terri Schiavo's case, 3. now Clay Roberts is advisor to Charlie Crist.

Crist's current advisor had a direct hand in Terri Schiavo being forced out. (starved/dehydrated to death).

This article indicates Crist ruled it was constitutional to starve and dehydrate Terri. Crist had no authority to rule and here's the article. The next sentence he spewed was that he "wasn't going to get involved."

Crist stays away from Schiavo case

TAMPA - Attorney General Charlie Crist on Friday said he won't get involved in the case of Terri Schiavo, a brain-damaged woman scheduled to have her feeding tube removed this month.

A federal judge had asked Crist to address the question of the constitutionality of Florida law dealing with the right of severely incapacitated people to refuse artificial life support, which is the issue at the center of the Schiavo case.

Crist ruled the law constitutional, but said he wouldn't get further involved.

A federal judge has set an Oct. 10 hearing in a lawsuit filed by Schiavo's parents, Bob and Mary Schindler, against their son-in-law, Michael Schiavo. The Schindlers want to block the Oct. 15 removal of the feeding tube that has been keeping their daughter alive.

Terri Schiavo, 39, suffered severe brain damage more than a decade ago and remains in what doctors call a "persistent vegetative state." A Circuit Court judge last month ordered the removal of her feeding tube.

FV says:The Federal Judge KNEW that Crist would rule in his favor so they could kill Terri eventually for their fat cat friends and for Florida's death cultists.

Crist sold his soul very early on.

I have them all listed here. You jumped quickly to tell the Federal Judge it was constitution to kill Terri back in October of 2003. What about all the laws that were being violated by Michael Schiavo and Judge Greer, Judge Shames, eventually Judge W. Douglas Baird?

Why did you, Charlie Crist, overlook all the violations against Terri Schiavo but a federal judge needs you to put your rubber stamp on judicial homicide and "oops, there you are."
