However, if he does depart, all is not lost. We could raise enough money to have his face bronzed. He would be the perfect gargoyle. Somewhere in Florida is a building with a broken gargoyle that needs replacing.

Now this is series!

Once upon a time we visited elderly parents of a friend in the Phoenix area, a Del Webb Sun City development. They gave us a tour of the facility and proudly brought us to a place where a bronze statue stood tall and proud. I said, "Wow, is that Del Webb?" The old man responded very seriously that no, Del Webb was dead. I retorted, "Wow, they had him bronzed."

Solemn and meaning it, he explained that they did not have him bronzed when he died.

Personally, I think it would be very painful if Judgiepoo were bronzed before his time.

Judge Greer's pale optic nerve may also be in play. With pale optic nerve comes neurological and progressive brain dysfunction. Clearly, he doesn't play with a full deck but instead of being Baker Acted, he makes life and death decisions when he's not on the very special interest (against the judicial canons) Magical Mystery Death Tour.

The Party of Death has many RINOS in it too. They should just change their party affiliation and get it over with.

How about gilding him, Goldfinger fashion?

Meanwhile I came across this from a Bert Prelutsky column yesterday at Townhall.com.

Sigmund Freud was the fellow who had the copyright on the ego, the id and the superego. He was also the guy who managed to turn the couch, formerly just another piece of over-stuffed Viennese furniture, into a legitimate business expense. But even he acknowledged that he was unable to decipher what it was that women wanted.

Well, now, if the greatest psychiatrist who ever, ever lived could not figure out what women wanted, how did Michael Schiavo figure out that Terri wanted to die in agony? Of course he didn't. He just drummed up some phony testimony from his brother and SIL and had the judge stamp it "clear and convincing." That's enough to flummox the rubes, yokels and national media.

By the way, I can't read women's minds any better than any man but I DO know EXACTLY what Terri meant if she said, "I wouldn't want to live this way."

That means, "You are a lazy slob who doesn't earn enough and I'm sick of it. I'm going to get some new outfits and you are going to pay for them and take me somewhere really nice, like the French Riviera."

To me, it is the callousness of our government towards the weak. You are correct about it being us who will have to assimilate. More and more jobs require you to be bilingual. I told my oldest girls years ago to take Spanish, but they didn't listen. Hopefully the youngest one will. Unfortunately, she'll need to Habla if she wants a job.

Terri was murdered for financial gain, but in my heart I believe that MS couldn't let her get better, because he caused her initial injuries.

That is great news. That means you can listen to the audio if you have a good connection. Here it is:

I listened to part of it. What is it supposed to prove? Since it is only one sided, at least the part I heard, it doesn't mean much to me. I would rather hear a debate involving people on both sides of the issue.

If he is ever found face down on Michael Schiavo's floor, we'll know it's due to potassium imbalance from drinking too much water.

I am supposing you are taking a fair look.

It is one sided if one supposes one side is fact and the other side is fiction. If that is the case, it is biased on the side of facts and evidence. That evidence is readily available through such sources and the Cheryl Ford, RN, book OurFight4Terri which is a compendium of paper trails reflecting the logic train the audio follows.

I really don't care to hear debates between fact and fiction, any more than to hear the devil's side at church to make it fair and balanced. Any debates at this point over the events which took place covering the fifteen year period have settled into the two camps, events supported by unbiased evidence, documents, medical and legal opinion opposing that fantasy developed by a sociopath and his team of supporters cheering on from the death culture.

The events of fifteen years ago were filed by LE at the time as cold case possible attempted homicide. One day that may be reopened with the motives of their attorneys, bioethicists and judges laid bare. I hope so.

Someone intentionally put Terri on that march to death and one day, justice on earth may still be served.

I wish you well on your search and that it cuts through the fog laid down by the MSM and the lovers of death.

From Pamela Hennessy writing for the North Country Gazette, with a fascinating observation by Attorney Patricia Anderson beyond this excerpt...

This time, the ogre takes the form of a former member of the British Medical Association's ethics committee and Emeritus Professor of Medical Ethics at Barts and goes by the name of Len Doyal.

Doyal has called for the legalization of non-voluntary euthanasia in the UK and -- by way of a media release from the Royal Society of Medicine -- has stated that doctors should be permitted to remove needed care from patients or kill them by way of lethal injection -- with or without their consent. That is to say that Doyal believes Voluntary Active Euthanasia (VAE) and Non-Voluntary Active Euthanasia (NVAE) should be viewed as morally acceptable and lawful actions, depending on what doctors perceive to be the best interest of the living patient.

Keeping up with the Joneses...

Judge Jones is still a hot news item as he defends our activist and runaway judges as we recall painfully he is one of the Bush appointments. But he has been busy lately on more weighty problems like staying an execution of a murderer. I wish he or one like him would have had the fortitude to stay the execution of an innocent helpless victim.

One particularly strident commentary piece by conservative columnist Phyllis Schlafly, published a week after the ruling, really set Jones off.

Schlafly wrote that Jones, a career Republican appointed to the federal bench by President Bush in 2002, wouldn't be a judge if not for the "millions of evangelical Christians" who supported Bush in 2000. His ruling, she wrote, "stuck the knife in the backs of those who brought him to the dance in Kitzmiller v. Dover Area School District."

Thanks, Miss Maam, who pings us to a thread by Aussi Dasher on the advancing of euthanasia in the UK, a topic similar to my post #116 above discussed by Pamela Hennessy...
