I missed him on Fox and friends after having waited all morning! I was having a phone interview with a prospective employer - I guess that was more important!

The Bucky look-alike who shot to his feet when Mama Yamin won the proudest moment award, about two rows behind her.Bucky's twin brother, Rocky.

Ya know, I don't recall how they introduced hi last night. Do you? I think technically its that symbol, but most articles still call him Prince.

He's always done that kind of thing. Remember "Paradise by the Dashboard Light"? Then he was running around the stage with Karla DeVito. He's a strange one.

Well I do think he is a good musician, but the whole bizarreness just turned me off to him. (I used to love Michael Jackson too, but YIKES! can't listen to him anymore either without getting hives) Then there is Madonna. Another one who started off in my favorites book and then she just got more and more out there. These are all fine examples of why we need more Taylor Hicks, Carrie Underwoods, Kelly Clarksons and Clay Aikens out there. At least they keep some decorum and decency with their music. I so hope they stay that way. And by every indication they will. :)

Thank you! I thought it was Bucky at first and then I thought, no, couldn't be, he's in the show.
Twas a class act.
I will buy whatever Bucky does after this. I like his singing and him on TV too.

The second interview was actually a little better. I can't think of the lady that interviewed him. She does some of FOX's entertainment stories.

LOL! Where did you find that picture? YUCK!!!

OK here in Seattle we apparently had a contestant who had made it to the top 24. A bus driver.
He was on the news last night, having roomed with Taylor and spoken with him last night too.
Taylor has apparently promised him help getting into the industry after the tour this summer.
Got no clue what he sounds like singing.
Gist of the presentation was what a nice, nice man Taylor Hicks is, to help others that way.
To: EmilyGeiger
You wouldn't believe all the creepy Constantine pictures out there.

I came to the thread late, but I do think you jonny for all your work.
Now...what you've all been waiting for. sweet_dianes most memorable moments from the finale show!!
I had to miss the early portion of the show...missed Meatloaf, who I like and from what I've read it's just as well I missed him. Aside from Taylor winning, highlights for me were:
1. Elliot's mom winning an award...what a sweet and gracious lady.
2. Lisa Tucker singing Alfie.... WOW! and WOW again.. I KNEW she was good!
3. one word... PRINCE!
4. Taylor showing the 'professional singer' Toni Braxton how it's really done and salvaging that horrible performance of hers!
5. Kat's gracefulness when Taylor was announced as the winner. It's like she matured right before our eyes. Good job Kat!
6. The medley of Burt B's (can't spell) songs. You forget just how prolific he actually is!

Oh how I hate that picture. FIVE of them? ROFLOL!

Gist of the presentation was what a nice, nice man Taylor Hicks is, to help others that way. Taylor seems to be a kind and gentle soul. A good man with a heart of gold. I have no doubt that if he were to get some tv variety type show that he would help aspiring artists like so many shows from the 60 and 70's did.
Remember all the variety shows that would have unknowns or peole breaking in? Smother's Brothers, Sonny and Cher, The Osmonds, used to be Johnny Carson would too, back when the show was an hour anda half long etc.
