Yes....like kidnapping it would have been included in the indictment from the GJ.

I know so...it's a seperate crime....
If the DA knew that a date rape drug had been used and toxs reports said so...don't you think he would have included that in the info he gave to the GJ...it would have bolstered his case even more......
