The exotic dancer who accused members of the Duke University lacrosse team of raping her at a party may have been slipped a date-rape drug, according to an interview with the second dancer in the May 1 issue of Newsweek that appeared on stands today.
Newsweek also reported that a defense attorney said some DNA evidence had been found under the accuser's fingernails, but that the first round of DNA testing - which did not incriminate any of the 46 players swabbed - was inconclusive about identity. Results from a second round of tests are expected this week.
The accuser, a 27-year-old black college student and mother, said she was raped and beaten by white students on March 13 after performing for them at a house party. Two lacrosse team members, Collin Finnerty, 19, of Garden City, and Reade Seligmann, 20, of Essex Fells, N.J., were charged Tuesday. Defense lawyers have maintained their clients' innocence, offering a detailed timeline and time-stamped photos from the party that they say throw the woman's story into doubt.

I originally felt sorry for the AV because her past was going to be dredged up. Not anymore
'zactly what I thought. ;)
What a "person whose mother is not married to his daddy"!! I hope this gets played out so that the players are either convicted (which I HIGHLY doubt) or they are cleared of all charges. That is the only way for these boys to get their good names back. Drinking, peeing out a window (although pretty stoopit!) and noise is not an unusual thing for college kids to do.
What happened? Who cut the cheese?
News conference by CF attorney and family coming up on Fox......about the court hearing in DC.
Talking about NiFong reinstating charges against the guys...what a vindictive little man he is....
Nifong is really scraping now
whew....judge didn't jail CF...new status hearing for June 15.....restrictions on CF....curfew, no alcohol, can't go near the victim, check in every Fri.
Here we go....attorney....not a bias related incident....wants to make that clear. Grossly misreported by the media (big shock)
That's all
ooops...thanks...I'm on the wrong thread!
heh
Okay, can anyone find some equally disgusting pics of white strippers? I know they're out there! You'll feel so much better muawiyah, and hell we aim to please.
You're fast : )
I used to do drugs (20 years ago). Often I would be smoking pot, or popping pills. I would be fine, then it all would hit me. I now take a pill for seizures. It is a barbituate. I can be fine, and then, hours later, I am out of it. Blurry vision, slurred speech. This is just speculation on the 2nd woman's part. There are many reasons for what may or may not have happened.
Are you sure you know what you posted?
I know what I posted, and as far as I know, Tawana isn't the stripper making rape accusations. Btw, I remember that story. A man commited suicide over her accusations.
PS: I don't care if any of the players in this story have pale green skin, and hail from Nebulon. A liar is worse than a thief, because a liar can hang an innocent person.
BTW, I dont' recall anyone commiting suicide over her remarks, but I do know the Prosecutor she accused won a lawsuit against Al Sharpton.
Still, this thread was a discussion of the possibility of a so-called "date rape" drug being involved.
Scroll up about 3 posts from the end to catch the personal testimony of a Freeper who used to use drugs in this class. There are numerous websites reporting scientific studies that have similar information.
I saw the post. I used to "party" when I was a teenager. No way in hell would I ever lie about something like rape, though.
The second stripper could have very well used recreational drugs on purpose, or stripper number one could have slipped her a mickey. Either way, she was blotto.
What really pisses me off about cases like this, is that every time those two mouth off, a real rape victim will be discouraged from coming forward.
BTW, nobody, but nobody uses GHB as a recreational drug!
BTW, real rape victims are NOT discouraged from coming forward.
