The exotic dancer who accused members of the Duke University lacrosse team of raping her at a party may have been slipped a date-rape drug, according to an interview with the second dancer in the May 1 issue of Newsweek that appeared on stands today.
Newsweek also reported that a defense attorney said some DNA evidence had been found under the accuser's fingernails, but that the first round of DNA testing - which did not incriminate any of the 46 players swabbed - was inconclusive about identity. Results from a second round of tests are expected this week.
The accuser, a 27-year-old black college student and mother, said she was raped and beaten by white students on March 13 after performing for them at a house party. Two lacrosse team members, Collin Finnerty, 19, of Garden City, and Reade Seligmann, 20, of Essex Fells, N.J., were charged Tuesday. Defense lawyers have maintained their clients' innocence, offering a detailed timeline and time-stamped photos from the party that they say throw the woman's story into doubt.

Kim probably already knew she couldn't drag Dancer #2 from the car.
You might test this with your wife or other compliant and willing female sometime.
lol
Queens should have minions to type for them and clean up any spills.
Have you seen a picture of Kim? She could have lifted TWO Crystal's w/out working up a sweat.
...but you haven't got your facts straight in this case. Take a few minutes and go back through previous threads before you state facts that you know nothing about. There are links to all the information you need.
Please provide link to your facts, because I'm tired of reading your speculations.

The "good samaritan" calls 911 (on a cell phone) to complain of racial slurs but has to drive to a Krogers and enlist the help of a security guard to make a 911 call--Why?
Sounds like drugs, to me.
With one of them you will think you've been talking to extraterrestrials. I would imagine the hypnotic powers of most of them are sufficient to allow you to be induced to believe you've been gang raped, particularly if you have some bruises or other injuries consistent with such an event.
Remember, just because somone has been administered a date rape drug that does not necessarily mean they got raped!
Also, most of her comments from the beginning have been focused on her and not the AV. She really didn't show any concern for AV until she started getting outside advice.
Maybe when she was in the bathroom doing her nails she was pulling things out of her purse to find the nails etc and accidently left the ky there....just a thought..
Are these guys gay?
Just passing alone words of wisdom from our lady, Ann Coulter ~ she already covered this one!
Now, people who are in the business of giving private lap dances are likely to carry KY.
I wouldn't be surprised that a date rape drug might have been tried based on the information that has come out however, if it was done, it leads to more questions:
1) As was mentioned, why would somebody in the sex trade not be wise to this and refuse food and beverages that are offered? And is there any evidence that she drank anything at the party?
2) The reason you'd drug somebody is to make them compliant so why was it necessary to beat her and strangle her? A drugged victim wouldn't be putting up much of a struggle, you would think.
3) If there was intent to drug and rape the dancer, why just one dancer? Wouldn't they have offered Kim the same stuff?
4) Does it fit the timeline mentioned in other parts of the scenario. IOW, was there enough time for a drug to be administered and to take effect between the time she re-entered the house and the time needed for three men to rape her?
I suppose it is all possible but it needs to piece together correctly.
....if they're gay why would they hire a female stripper?
LOL! Maybe none of us were there, but we know a liar and a money-hungry publicity whore when we see one!
I also know a lot about hazardous substances and their mailability. Plus, best of all, I have an improved formula for ordinary black gunpowder that will knock your socks off.
When "they" burned down my office I got concerned!
Blah-Blah-Blah
In the Newsweek article Kim claims she was mad at Crystal, thought she'd hustled her out of strip money, yet she gives her a ride to Kroger's. There's still some time between the first and second 911 calls that's unaccounted for.
We don't have much of a timeline on Kim, do we?
