Do you mean that educated people are more likely to be sexually liberated or that educated people are more likely to tolerant of liberated sexuality, or both?
It's worth noting, BTW, that the regard of tolerance and liberation as virtues is a modern post-Enlightenment phenomenon. So is the esteem of individualism.
The latter more than the former. The former as a state of mind perhaps up to a point, rather than of action. For what it is worth, I don't know of any lawyer with whom I have dealt, who would hold the views expressed by some on this thread.
