It is if you grow your own. And it's still smoked down to the last nanometer. You've never heard:
Ashes to ashes and dust to dust
Ditch the roach and avoid a bust.
BTW I have seen broke cigarette smokers roll one up out of butts. Scrounges.

robertpaulsen on 'flying':
I say if you're flying intrastate you take off and land when you damn well please. What's a few thousand lives each year compared to the freedom guaranteed to us by the U.S. Constitution?
Paulsen, at most of the airports in this country, pilots do indeed "take off and land" when they "damn well please". ['most' airports are uncontrolled, except for the rules of common courtesy]
You really don't have a clue on how dim witted some of your comments make you look, do you?

cannabis clubs don't need the 12 joints per day paulsen quoted for the patient on government pot. First question that comes to mind seems of high importance - where do the buds go?

Could be.. -- You've been trying to make that same anti-constitutional 'point' ever since you arrived at FR. -- Namely that any level of government in the USA can use any reason to 'regulate' our lives, liberty & property.
Plainly put, you're a socialist dupe, and you make that point with most every post.

The buds don't look like the buds you picture. They are light and airy and the plants are heavy with leaf. The plants are stripped and chopped, bud and leaf, then machine rolled. The government stuff could not be sold on the market...It is called bunk weed.

You'll find this interesting.
WASHINGTON Put this in your pipe and smoke it: A University of Massachusetts professor says the medical marijuana grown by the federal government isn't very good. He wants a permit to cultivate his own pot, saying it will be better for research.
Lyle Craker, a horticulturist who heads the school's medicinal plant program, is challenging the government's 36-year-old monopoly on research marijuana. Craker's suit claims government-grown marijuana lacks the potency medical researchers need to make important breakthroughs.

OIC. I suppose they don't want too much human contact lest the inventory shrinkage skyrockets.

To support the War On Drugs, our government intentionally supplies substandard medicine to sick people. This is a national disgrace...IMHO.

There is a benefit to sub-standard medical pot. The patient gets more exercise by smoking more joints.
At least they don't have to roll them...

I don't have a problem with marijuana and would legalize it in a heartbeat. But it is funny to me that some people who are health nazis are pro marijuana and anti tobacco. Seems pretty hypocritial to me.Smokers, both tobacco and marijuana, should stick together and fight these intrusive, nanny state, health-nazi laws and sin taxes that punish smokers for making an individual choice to smoke.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Let cannabis users, tobacco users and non smokers have EQUAL rights. That would be that smokers could light up anywhere that didn't pollute the air that other have to breathe. I am allergic to tobacco - yet I enjoy cannabis.

That is correct. A person with glaucoma would smoke approximately 8-10 joints per day.(robertpaulsen)
ROFL! .
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Have you - ever - heard of ANYONE smoking 8-10 joints in a day? Hell that would be either a new world record - or - dope bad enough to kick the dealer's @$$ over. Class A bunk.

Yeah, I love how that fact seems to escape them. If cigarette tobacco was $350 an ounce they would save every little tiny piece and roll them up into another smoke.
Nah, wait, tobacco isn't addictive like the 'evil' weed is, they'd never do that.

It is if you grow your own. And it's still smoked down to the last nanometer. You guess wrong. Growing your own is not cheap, and it is a very risky venture in a country where it is legal to grow castor beans yet a felony in most states to grow a plant that is not deadly. Plus, growing your own at a small scale to avoid detection does not typically give a user enough pounds or anything.
Plus, how do you know that people who do grown their own and have copious amounts smoke it down 'to the last nanometer'? I doubt that, especially because the taste is substandard to that last 'nanometer'.
