LOL and thanks. I'm sitting here wondering if I'm the only confused one as to time line. I feel like I'm walking through a maze of clocks, each one showing a different early morning time. Help!
Thankfully some FReepers understand it clearly.
About the only solid thing in the time line as far as I'm concerned is the gardener's sighting at 2:30am. Deepak's freak out reaction confirms it for me. Otherwise, it is a twisted maze of time.
Here's some more twist. If Deepak was on the computer at 3:30 a.m., when did he thoroughly wash his car?
Oh, thank goodness you're here; wouldn't want you to miss anything. I was gonna' ask RGVTx if she pinged you.
I offered. It was declined.
Unlike some people, I do not bother those who do not want to be bothered. So no ping from me.
In spite of his denials, he wants to be informed or he wouldn't keep stopping by.

You know that and I know that, but, as you say, his denial is noted.
If you watch Greta's interview with Van Der Sloot closely, you will see Van Der Sloot's display of nonverbal cues to indicate that he is LYING:
1. Body language that indicates he is lying, such as not looking Greta in the eye when speaking to her, being fidgety with the water bottle, and acting nervous or uncomfortable.
2. Carefully listen for inconsistencies in what he says, such as different stories on different days, different time frames, mistakes in remembering details or mixing up details.
3. Stammering and speed-talking. Van Der Sloot is LYING because of his rapid speech, confusing words and racing eyes. Classic signs of deceit.
4. Generalizations given by Van Der Sloot after specific questions were asked.
5. "I don't know, I don't know, no, I don't know" seems to be a common answer to some of these questions.
6. Van Der Sloot and the Kalpoe brothers were known to be involved in gang rape, pornography and abuse of local and tourist girls.

Welcome to the thread, Emmet.
That was a nice refresher course on this case.
It confirmed what I thought I had heard about the three slugs being restricted to Dutch territories upon release from jail and while remaining suspects.
When did New York, USA become a Dutch territory? ;)
Can you add me to the list? thanks!
Do you remember the end of Animal House where John Belushi was dressed up as a pirate? Well, Sam and all of his three years reminds me of John Belushi standing there with a cutlass in his hand trying to figure out what mischief he was going to get into next.
If you read about a flight from Jackson, MS to Dallas to Denver having to turn around, it was Sam.
Ya'll have a good week, I always lurk now but won't be this week
PEACE OUT!

My good friend Austin Milbarge speaks very highly of you. Welcome to the thread.

Thank you.
I just want to see justice served.
Those 3 little weasels are lying about everything, and are definitely connected to Holloway's death.
As for the civil suit in New York, I don't think it will fly. There is no jurisdiction for the case, and none among the indicted are US citizens.
I am with you on the boycott of Aruba, though!
Thank you!
Good catch, by the way.
I am a big fan of 80s films.
its guaranteed someone besides deepak is logged onto his computer while he and the boys are out disposing of natalee...his request for a girl to lie and give him an alibi is proof enough, as you have surmised, truthluva...these morons think nonsense like that won't trip them up, nor do they think its odd they detailed the car inside and out at 4 in the morning...just a typical aruban day/night...the followup story bothers me, tho, where another young lady was accosted in that same area of the fishermen's huts a few nights before by someone completely different than our culprits; it allows the our perps to point fingers at shadows
i notice there are no cold cases in collier county...what would that say about wealth and crime?
agreed...this guy on the beach is not one of our perps...but he may be important...and, for certain, the occurrence is
Thanks Malichi! I have been lurking from time to time, trying to keep up on the latest developments here. I don't have cable, so I am very thankful to all of you for keeping the rest of us informed!
