A variety of Heinz products are seen at a convenience store in Golden, Colorado February 28, 2006. H.J. Heinz Co. on Tuesday posted a 23 percent drop in net profit, and fell short of Wall Street estimates, as its tax rate rose and the stronger dollar cut into the value of overseas sales. Doogle ..ha!
No, actually it didn't.
The knees are JERKING on FR, yet again. :-(
OOOOOOHHHHH! The HORROR! Kill the company and their jobs!
As per usual. With much backslapping.
Glad to hear the remarks of a reasoned person.
Heinz has a plant in a city about 40 miles south of us. They employ hundreds of people and run 24/7. Just as important, probably hundreds of thousands of farmers produce the crops that go into their final product.
Bunny....why is it that folks who handle other peoples money , say traders, or bankers, thank they have a smug condescending attitude to others...even before they know who they are, or what they own. Just handling other peoples money does not make you superior..chill out and get a sense of humor.
BTW...you should really boycott BOAR'SHEAD.
WRONG! The company came out, in 2004, with the fact that it had NOTHING at all to do with Terry&Kerry!
So is your post serious or a joke? You switch back and forth. First you're an investor, then not. FOR American business, then not. Yucking up about the loss of American jobs then not.
Thank you for your factual clarity of the matter and behaving in a reasonable manner.
What I DO know, is that Terry has NOTHING at all to do with the company.
I love Heinz ketchup and it's good to know that the nuts aren't part of the company. Glad many here dispelled that myth.
I wonder if John and his meal ticket dumped any shares based on insider knowledge?
Bunny, I cheered when Slim Fast dumped Whoopee Goldberg from their TV advertising ,and threated a boycott of their product, if they did not get rid of her. And I am not the only Freeper, that did.
HOW the heck is it condescending not to like the demise of American business???? Are you saying you own Heinz stock?
