Yes I said Dubai. And if you'll go back a link or two, you'll see where I linked you to an Australian travel advisory for the whole of the UAE. They specifically mention tourist spots. That wasn't morphing this to a general statement of traveling openly in the Middle-East. It was specific to the area in question.
