SAFETY HARBOR, Florida (AP) -- Terri Schiavo's former husband has married his longtime girlfriend, friends and family members say.
Michael Schiavo and his longtime girlfriend, Jodi Centonze, were wed Saturday at a church in Florida. The bride's brother says it was a very emotional ceremony.
Schiavo's former wife, Terri, had suffered severe brain damage more than a decade ago and died last March after her feeding tube was removed.
Michael Schiavo had argued his wife was in a vegetative state, and would not want to be kept alive artificially.
...snip.....
The newlyweds first met in a dentist's office and began a relationship after Terri Schiavo was already in a nursing home. They have two young children.

I wonder how much he got from the National Inquirer or the Globe for wedding photos.

That's rich. From a group that was willing, and still willing I assume, to destroy the aspect of federalism whenever it's for the 'right' cause..What in tarnation are you talking about?
Would you want to have body parts lopped off just so your family could crow to the media that you were still alive?

Judge Demers terminated Jay Wolfson after Wolfson wrote his report. Chief Judge Demers had to stick with his buds Greer and Baird and by the way, have I said lately that Judge Mark Shames, a family law judge did have a mistress? The judges here are hypocrites.
Make Shames a criminal court judge because he was an adulterer. It's not appropriate for him to lecture married couples on their behavior when he himself had such low standards.
He was the first judge to say "take out the feeding tube". Mikey had a full house, all the judges helping him kill Terri.
Visit my profile page and you can read Father Pavone's account of Terri's LAST HOURS.

He didn't beat her or kill her. You apparently have a remarkably unorthodox definition of the word 'kill.'

Don't you dare disparage hospice to me...Theoretically hospice is a wonderful idea. In actual fact not every family finds hospice to be wonderful.
To: Hildy
Michael Schiavo didn't meet Debra Bushnell, Esq. immediately. There is a letter of introduction by Bushnell (she's one letter writing fiend). Once Mikey the "when's the bitch gonna die" good hustand met Bushnell, she introduced him to George Felos and then he was informed that he could have Judge Greer starve and dehydrate Terri to death after Felos and Bushnell, et al stole Terri's rehab monies for atty fees. www.judgegeorgegreer.com

That's because they don't understand it. Not for lack of explanation...I've been through hospice three times. It is the best thing modern medicine has come up with. A hospice rep will always sit with you, explain it, make sure you understand, make you sign...but when the time comes some people just can't let go. It's not hospice's fault if families don't take the time to educate themselves about the hospice experience. But you know, you can always take someone OUT of hospice. If that person is the one who legally speaks for the patient. I do not wish this to become who speaks for the patient thread. The law is the law...if you don't like it, change it.
There are many things families don't agree on...and I can't thing of anything bigger than decisions made at the end of life. So, what else is new?

Of course not, he didn't have to. It wouldn't have mattered one wink what Wolfson reported, because Greer had his mind made up about Terri from the first unfortunate hearing where the Schindlers had a piss-poor attorney who didn't even dispute that Terri wasn't PVS. The fatal error. Back in '97 or '98. Terri was doomed from that moment on. I don't think that if she even got up and started singing and dancing anything would have changed. Well, maybe if that had happened, but anything short of that wouldn't have made a difference.

Except in Terri's situation, JUDGE GREER'S REVERSAL RATE ON APPEAL IS 2/3 of the time.

Tarnation? Let me explain it to you. You somehow, mistakenly I might add, put Greer's decision at the level of SCOTUS decisions. And by your statement I take it you somehow feel this is a federal issue, which it is not. You would deny the sovereignty of the state of Florida to get the judgement you desire. The same thing that in effect was done in Roe v. Wade.

No, the difference is the diabetics are awake and cognizant of their surroundings. And I really haven't heard of many diabetics who've had all their limbs cut off living much longer.

Terri had a cognitive existence. It's a LIE to say otherwise. The mainstream media did a great job brainwashing the sheeple.

Wolfson was hired by Jeb Bush and fired by Chief Judge Demers. Wolfson looks like Count Dracula, that's what I'm saying. None of the people who took part in bumping off Terri look normal. I wouldn't want to look like them.
Even the bride - ugo.

Then why was the law changed in 1999 to specifically include a feeding tube as extraordinary? I will admit that I didn't check case law. I'm not a lawyer. However, I have read the Florida Constitution many, many times in the course of Terri's struggle. The law was changed in 1999 to include food and water. Perhaps I'm just not understanding the differences. Does this mean that IV fluids are now considered extraordinary care even if delivered by the means of gravity?

A on A. Browning WAS George Felos' case. He bragged about it. In the papers. His spiritual litigation is a crock. He can crash planes with his mind. LOL LOL LOL
He's the kind of person the Mikey defenders are propping up. A real piece of work he is.

Remember that Terri was NEVER REPRESENTED BY COUNSEL. The attorneys were her parents' attorneys.
Terri was denied DUE PROCESS. If there were real conservatives on this thread, they'd know how the constitution was mangled so that Terri could be murdered.
