Well said--I've just finished reading the entire 139 page opinion of Judge Jones. Not only is he one of the most respected district judges in the Third Circuit, my buddies in the region tell me that his insightfulness and intellect are valued throughout the northeast. Having read the opinion, I believe that it is unassailable and will be adopted by the appellate courts should the Dover School District elect that option.

Judge Jones' findings of facts and analysis of the factual record are careful and appear precise. The conclusions of law that follow his factual findings are supported by the governing caselaw authority.

There are no "appellate courts should the Dover School District elect that option." Appeal from Circuit Courts of Appeal in the US system are to the SCOTUS.
