I don't know why you posted that to me, but I doubt you could get cyclic speciation - the state space is too vast. I do though recall reading about three species of snakes with a cyclic relationship; first one would dominate, then the second, then the third, then the first again etc. I don't recall the details.
Don't know about cyclic speciation but Lance Armstrong is in a class by himself ;-)
Never heard of cyclic speciation, closest thing (more like a Riemann sheet when you think about it) would be animals leaving the sea, becoming land mammals, then turning into whales and suchlike.
