Nothing absolute on either count!A "scientific theory" is not the same thing as a "theory". Dr Behe, leading science witness for the *defence* in the Dover trial agreed under oath that ID is not a scientific theory. Therefore the judge has ruled, entirely appropriately, that it should not be taught in science class, which is where scientific theories are taught, not just any old theory.
