Gravity isn't "proven." Heck, I don't even know, a priori, if YOU exist.

All true science is made up of theories that are subject to rigorous re-examination, using a standard, stepwise method.

This is NOT true of faith, which says, essentially, "'cause I said so."

There is no proof that some snake-oils salesman, on his 4th attempt of starting a religion, actually pulled gold out of a hat.

Heck there is no proof that the Son Of God walked the Earth 2000 years ago.
