I thought the hard disk was already made available to the ALE.

I remember Skeeters saying he was turning the hard disk, which he held up to view, over to the FBI to provide to ALE when Dompeg requested it. Skeeters said he and Dompeg were on the 'same page' after their phone conversation.

Why it takes so long for Aruba LE to receive items that are being made available to them is a mystery to me. I think like Dave said, ALE is defensive about the tapes. They don't seem to want to investigate evidence provided by the family.

They just want the original hard disk so they can destroy it like the other evidence. Too Late. I sure hope the FBI tells them to go pound salt!
