"Gay or European?"
A distinction without a difference.
To: N. Theknow
I prefer to call them the non-offensive term: Poofers.

Is there a difference between gay and European? Based on Simon of American Idol, I'd say NO!

You know you carry a man purse.
We've been through this before, it's a knitting bag.

we used to have two at our church.
I used to call them "Fruits of the Spirit."
They didn't care for that either.
Our priest defended them because their's was a long-term, committed relationship. After they broke up I asked the priest how much time would have to pass if they came back with different partners before it could be considered a long-term, committed relationship?
He keeps avoiding me for some reason.

Exactly, here's my take on this issue, borrowed from a recent TShirt I saw:
I just neutered the cat, now he's European.

We used to have a couple of very flamboyant types that sat in the front pew of my old church. They were nice enough were more interested in making a point and a scene, I think.

That's very interesting, when you think about it.
Truth is, God is homophobic.
You can resist it, deny it, but it's gonna blow most people away ... like ash.

phobia means fear. It is not fear that keeps 98% of guys from acted thusly. It is distaste, I'm guessing.
Exactly it should be called homonauseated.

There was a time when Spaniards were macho guys. Much has changed since Franco's time.
