So lets say they dont find a body by Sep 4th. If they let Joran go, what then happens with this story? Does the media continue to report it.

Imho the reporting on this case is diminishing already. If what I was hearing yesterday is true I do not look for Joran to be released on Sept 4th regardless of whether they found Natalee's body or not. The way it sounds he will be retained for at least another 30 days.

Just catching up today, but agree with you completely. Joran will not be released, too much risk with the elections. What happens 10/4...I heard he could still be held another 30 days and then, 11/4 would be the true drop dead date. Not sure how accurate that is, but I would be looking at the 10/4 date.

As to that "Greta/Coale/German article" I say follow the date it was posted: the same date the protest was to have been held regarding American Media.
