Here's the thing: there is no jury pool to taint in Aruba. So, airing this on MSNBC( which, as I understand does not air in Aruba-correct?) would not be a problem.

Yes, I know the legal arguments, but still, if the kid was stupid enough to talk to them, then we should be allowed to listen and evaluate.

I can dream.

Rita:MSNBC are closely monitoring the situation. We respect the courts decision this evening while we pursue other legal avenues.

We had permission by the warden. He gave us a tour and he was aware the camera was rolling

Michelle Kozinski:Went to the prison to interview the Prison Warden who granted us an interview and gave the news crew a tour of the prison. After touring the womens prison we went to the juveniles side and found ourselves in front of Joran's cell. He was sitting down with his feet propped up reading a book. He is a little pale, very calm

When we asked how he was doing, he gave a slight smile and said that he was just fine. I told him that I had wrote a letter to his mother and he seemed to know about it. We did try to question him but he replied that he could not really talk about anything. He gets exercise in the yard. They play football. Joran shares his cell with 2 other young men. He is still considered a juvenile. In Aruba you are still consider a juvenile in prison until the age of 23 yrs old. The part of the prison for juveniles is very nice. He did not give us permission to film him but he did not ask us to leave.

Dan Abrams:The appeals will continue. We are visitors in that country. This is a Prior Restrain. The video was legally obtained.

Larry??: PR disaster to stop the airing of this video. This is real issues of international law. This is a news worthy video. The defense took immediate and drastic steps to stop it from airing. This would not have happened in the United States.

Helen Lejeuz: I was hired last week. Regarding the MSNBC video this is a normal reaction. That is what we expect in Aruba. There is a possibility for an appeal and also go to the supreme court in Holland regarding the video.

I cannot give you any info on this 16 year old. She is not of age. I have talked with her and she is credible.

Prison Warden:At first when Joran did not get his way he has a bad temper. He even used bad language to his mother once. The police rough him up and then handcuffed him once because Joran refused to go to court. That was when Paulus was locked up.

Now Joran is normal. He has conformed to the situation. The Judge-to-be phoned and requested special treatment for Joran.

Dave Holloway: This was violating Joran's rights. The warden's goal was to help. He wants to help find Natalee. I hope that he is reading one of the books that I gave him. Something good is going to come out of this. I have created another website. It is helpfindnatalee@comcast.net

Robin Holloway: We are desperate now. Regarding the 16 year old girl that has come forward I appreciate it. This has got to be so hard for her to come forward.
