Aruban Court denies Joran defense appeal for evidence.

Records show that Deepak was at home on the internet at 2 a.m. Satish was home asleep. There are phone records that show that Joran called Deepak around 2:40 am (to tell Deepak that he was walking home and that he had left Natalee on the beach),and then again at 3 a.m. (to let Deepak know he was home. Joran's location at the times of the phone calls was approximately north of the hotels. There is no hard evidence that there has been a murder, just the last known person that was with Natalee cannot give a logical explanation.
Joran did not give Deepak and Satish any more info of what transpired after the Kalpoe brothers left him and Natalee on the beach. Paulus explained the procedures of what would transpire in court. Satish went home with Deepak. Some of the MB students told Natalee to get out of the car when she was in Deepak's car and Natalee said no, that is on the record. Natalee was laying on the bar and belly shots were being poured on her naval in C&C.

Fred Golba will have to leave on the 28th if he does not get more help and equipment. One or two charges may be filed against Joran in order to keep him for another 30 days, not comfortable in stating what the charges will be.

I understood it that the 2:40 am call from Joran shows he was north of the hotel strip. Then the call or text message at a little after 3:00 am shows that Joran was either at home or was near his home. ("phone" records show this per Satish's lawyer)
So it is possible that Joran jump online shortly after 3:00am and sent an internet message to Deepak that he was home. It could be that this was not an actual call or an actual cell phone text message sent from a cell phone but one made through a computer.
If all of this true... how do we or they know that Deepak was the one online and that it was not Satish while Deepak was still out with Joran?
Maybe Satish was the one that walked home that night. Maybe Satish was the one who got the 2:40 am call because Satish may have had Deepak's phone and Deepak may have used Joran's cellphone while he was with Joran. (Deepak may have been calling his own cellphone which Satish may have had while Satish was home and that Deepak was actually using Joran's cell phone.)
Maybe Satish knew or learned that something was up while he was at home with Deepak's cell phone during that 2:40am call and maybe he knew that Deepak and Joran were trying to clean up the mess they made. Satish may have asked Joran to call him as soon as Deepak dropped Joran off at Joran's home, so that Satish would know that Deepak was on his way home. Maybe Deepak is the clean up "guy" for Joran and maybe he took care of the clean up after he dropped Joran off at around 3am. This would have Satish wondering when Deepak would make it back home after Deepak dropped Joran off. Let's say the plan was for Deepak to take her somewhere after he dropped Joran off. Satish would know about how long this would take Deepak and what time he could expect Deepak to return home since he would know the time Deepak dropped Joran off at home. If Deepak didn't show up back home by a certain time then it be possible that Deepak was caught taking care of getting rid of Natalee. Then it would be on to plan B or they would know they were caught that early in the game.
