You're arguing off point, Bill. I've never heard of a law that incriminates someone for admitting that they at one time in their life smoked marijuana. The person would have to be possessing it at the time of arrest in order to be charged. I never said to send people to jail for simple possession anyway. A nice expensive fine will do.

Nobody in their right mind argues that smoking marijuana doesn't kill ambition.

If sharing marijuana with a friend is a felony, why don't we feel the same way about Clinton, Gore, Gingrich and Thomas as we do about rapists, robbers and murderers?

Ha hah, very funny. You put Clinton and Thomas in the same bag, you must have got ahold of that 'dro.

US Court of Appeals Judge Douglas Ginsburg admitted smoking marijuana for years. All he was able to achieve during this time was to serve for several years as Professor at Harvard University. Imagine what a good job he could have gotten if he had not been smoking pot.

Again, must be the 'dro.

Charles Rogers admitted using cocaine almost daily while a college football player at University of South Carolina. All he was able to achieve at this time was winning the Heisman trophy. Imagine how well he would have done if he were drug-free.

My point exactly. You think the powder made him better? Funny, real funny.

You're arguing off point, Bill.

Your original assertion was thet Bill Clinton wanted pot legal.

I merely pointed out that you were wrong in your assertion.

Nobody in their right mind argues that smoking marijuana doesn't kill ambition

That is no more true than saying that alcohol kills ambition.

A chronic drunk has less ambition than someone who smokes pot on the weekends.

Ha hah, very funny. You put Clinton and Thomas in the same bag, you must have got ahold of that 'dro.

Why not, you have. You seem to believe that all pot smokers are evil. This simply points out that pot use goes across the board politically.

I would wager that just as many "conservatives" as "liberals" like to get high now and again.

My point exactly. You think the powder made him better? Funny, real funny.

The point is, it didn't make him worse.
