You're making an assumption that someone hit the abuse button. The moderators do read many of our posts, and they can tell when someone is causing a disturbance or is out of line. GS's views are extremely liberal, and that may be why she was suspended or banned. Free Republic is a conservative site. I could not stand the woman's views, but I did not hit the abuse button.
