A massive conventional response, or perhaps an attack with neutron weapons would still kill a number of people. I am no pacifist...believe me. My concern is that once the nuclear genie is out of the bottle there is no guessing where that will end.

I must admit, however, the temptation to turn somewhere in the middle east to glass in retaliation is, well, alluring from a vengeance standpoint. But that is precisely why that temptation alerts my concern.
