guess: To assume, presume, or assert (a fact) without sufficient information.

Do you have another word to describe what it is you are doing if not speculating?

You're picking nits. Fine. There are educated guesses, like the ones I posted, and then there is speculation, which you are very familiar with since that constitutes the majority of the activity here.

TexKat, repeatedly we hear that these 3 were the last ones seen with Natalee. It may be that the high school kids last saw Natalee with the 3, but who the actual last person to see her is unknown. I think...(smile).

I'm hoping that our discussion/speculation/research, etc. will provide a "Buckhead Moment."
