Obviously, it would be best for all concerned if everyone calmed down and assessed the situation, then made a coherent plan about what to do. Aruban authorities aren't completely innocent in the blame/sarcastic comments game. One remarked snidely when told the FBI was sending in more agents....Why? Aren't the ones already here any good? This in the face of Aruban LE not allowing the FBI to help or coordinate search efforts/interrogation techniques/ profiling suspects in any way. They wouldn't give them permission to dive and search for her body, so FBI divers went home after several days of sitting on their hands. Aruban LE said they didn't want forensic help. Fine, and perhaps what they're worried about is jeopardizing a possible case against Joran. Maybe evidence gained from FBI involvement or help would be thrown out of court. Who knows.
But time passes and a young girl is missing. You'd think rather than squabbling over turf, they'd find some way to accept help to at least find her body, even if no one's ever prosecuted for her death.
Janet was too stupid to understand her OWN government brought those planes down there for SHOW.
There have been reports on Fox and MSNBC, that Arubans, even if they have information, won't come forward...not because they feel insulted by N's mother, etc., but because they're afraid of bucking the system. Look what happened to those black security guards. On the say so of three young men, the last to see N alive according to many witnesses, the cops rousted the two men from their homes with great publicity.
The wife of one was hysterical and said she was with her husband all night, that he was innocent(screaming and ripping at her clothes in her grief), and that this is always what happens. They blame the poor and powerless for whatever goes wrong, but the elite get away with murder. Happily, Natalee's family raised a stink about this, and finally the two innocent men were set free. So that's one positive thing the family has done. It would be nice if Arubans remember that.

Biatch is right. The guy they had on earlier this morning was just as bad. They won't admit their LE has botched this.
Just to clear this up!! The vehicle in question is a red Suzuki Samurai 2-Door with a white soft top and black bumpers... probably an early 90's model. I saw a the news clip when they towed it.
I think Beth has the hornets nest in disaray. Like I said yesterday they have that laid back attitude down there like putting everything off til tomorrow and/or sweeping things under the rug. It's the islands mon, ya know.
They haven't seen anything yet, the Holloway's are not going away and they are going to have to deal with their country looking like the idiots that they appear to be at this point. At least the government officials and LE. Now, some of the citizens like Janet are showing themselves. I wonder when we will learn about Paulus Van der SLOOT and his lying ways?

Beth and Jug are OK until our media leave. Then, I'm afraid, they'll be shown the meaning of lonely and helpless.
Yesterday, three of Beth's friends, including myself will be on Inside Edition tonight at 11:30 pm, speaking and supporting our high school friend. We recorded the interviews yesterday morning, along with Beth's mother. It was one opportunity to bring a tiny piece of joy to Beth, as she called while we were there. It was a beautiful time.. and we were all exhausted when it was over. Watch if you can.. although after 3 hours, I have no idea what part of the interviews will be selected to be broadcast. God Bless Beth.. in her pain.. and may we all bring her a small piece of relief with our love and support.

TIM MILLER, TEXAS EQUUSEARCH: I think we're going to Alabama next week and we're going to have (INAUDIBLE).
QUADE (on camera): That sure?
MILLER: I'm optimistic. I'm not positive.
QUADE: Is this from a lead? Is this from intel?
MILLER: It's been a lot of work. You know, information.
QUADE (voice-over): The team eliminated other likely locations. Tides and currents and Mary Ann Morgan brought them here, to Aruba's north shore.
MARY ANN MORGAN, SPIRITUAL MEDIUM: Natalee three weeks ago, woke me up in the middle of the night...
QUADE: Morgan is a medium who's worked with police on several high-profile cases. She's been secretly in Aruba, working with searchers. She says Holloway has been communicating with her.
MORGAN: So she went through and gave me like five to seven detailed pages of notes about the whole circumstance, and that was three weeks ago. I've never been to Aruba. She gave me names of boats. She gave me coordinates.
QUADE: Tim Miller says the information supports his team's findings so far.
(on camera): Where do you think that she is?
MILLER: I think we're going to find her right at this spot, half a mile offshore, (INAUDIBLE).
QUADE (voice-over): The area has high swells.
(on camera): What we're worried about now about the waves. The seas are five to six feet out there.
(voice-over): It's a place divers don't visit, and boats only rarely. But the volunteer searchers are going to risk it.
Gene Ralston is a sonar expert who worked on the Laci Peterson case. He shows what he's looking for.
GENE RALSTON, SONAR EXPERT: Sometimes the shadow will tell you as much about what the object is as the object itself, or as in this case...
QUADE (on camera): I mean, this is very obvious. It looks like a body...
RALSTON: Yes.
QUADE: Because you can see...
RALSTON: And you can see shadow coming from his toes right here, sticking up.
QUADE (voice-over): Ralston is also scanning for anything that looks like a box.
MILLER: I think that they also put her inside of something. They weighted her down.
QUADE (on camera): You think she might be in a box, weighted down in there?
MILLER: Pretty sure that she is.
QUADE (voice-over): Police have not said they should be looking for a container.
RALSTON: This is the area that has been identified as a distinct possibility for where she may have been placed.
QUADE (on camera): And right now, our problems are?
RALSTON: Well, the sea is (INAUDIBLE) sidescan images.
QUADE (voice-over): Anticipation is high, but so is the surf.
Next day, the conditions are still bad, but Ralston gets a sonar hit. RALSTON: We have something right there.
QUADE (on camera): Something? So you got something there, but you don't know what it is?
RALSTON: That's correct.
QUADE (voice-over): The divers go out. All they find are oddly shaped rocks.
It's exhausting work.
After a tropical depression passes on day three of this mission, the seas are calm. That's when Ralston picks up a sonar image that looks like a box. The divers mark the spot with a buoy.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: The (INAUDIBLE), I have to look at the charts, but around 20-some minutes, 25 minutes.
QUADE: They find nothing. But will try again.
(on camera): You're taking a risk, your divers are taking a risk.
MILLER: Everybody's taking a risk. We almost lost a boat out there yesterday.
QUADE (voice-over): Tim Miller and his team believe it's just a matter of time and resources before they find Natalee Holloway.
MILLER: We never came here to be in the criminal business. We've...
QUADE (on camera): But you're playing a pivotal role. If you find this body, I men, this is the key to the case.
MILLER: She's our girl. When we bring her up, you got an investigation. We're going to bring our girl up.
QUADE (voice-over): And they are prepared if they don't.
MILLER: The day may come where we've exhausted our resources, and we'll have to leave this island. We'll all have tears in our eyes, but we'll know that we made every single attempt.
