This is news/activism. Terri Schindler Schiavo is still in the headlines. The death lobby shouldn't kid themselves. We are not going to forget...

You must be on different Terri threads than I am. You are just taking a moment to bash religion. Most of the Terri threads are pleasant even though the issue is very serious.
I've only seen hate-filled language from the death to Terri crowd.

But I thank you for churning up lots of activity in this important thread. It is a great education to those just dropping by.

You are so wrong. Calling anyone with a differing opinion a murderer is certainly hate-filled language.
And you believe that?
We have the testimony of nurses; we have the testimony of doctors; we know the cause of death -- dehydration due to hte state-ordered denial of any feeding of any kind.
So since we know that, how can the cause be undetermined?
Sure...they're going to reopen the case. What a laugh. The whole idea here is to end it in Michael's (and Greer's) favor.

I asked you a question: do you think that there had been ANY question about abuse by MS that the doctors and the insurance company wouldn't have brought it up during that trial?
And I asked you why the Schiavos testified she was bulemic, if she wasn't.
I agree. I used to do contract work as a therapeutic musician in hospitals, nursing homes and such. I sang to people not unlike Ms. Schiavo. No one in these institutions talked of what they did NOT have, we all looked at what they did have, and more importantly, accorded them the respect due any diseased or aged human being.
I of course hold to the belief that my singing touched the souls and spirits of those people who could not respond verbally. Sometimes you would see eyes twitch, sometimes a tear, sometimes a groan. Those were human souls responding to stimulation.
OF COURSE Terri was there. I wish I could have sung for her in her final days, or even before. Perhaps I will do this kind of work again, just as protest to the kill Terri (oh sorry, let Terri die) crowd.
If I was Terri, I would have some pretty harsh words for the religious nuts if I met them in the afterlife.
Do not be fooled; that is what this is about. They don't want me and my husband to decide for ourselves.

If have not dismissed every official report. I have not alleged a cover up. I have not called anyone a liar. You have me confused with someone else or you are just plain confused.
You can make whatever decision YOU want about how to "end" your life. However, Terri didn't make that decision in this case. Greer made it for her and he ordered that she be killed by the court ordered prohibition of all hydration and nutrition (read his actual orders). Those are the undeniable facts. It was no different than if he had ordered the prohibition of all oxygen or any sort of respiration and it was carried out by putting her head in a plastic bag until she suffocated. No different. That is what you're defending here.
