But more important than being tortured to death per the death ghouls was Terri's right to privacy. It as more important than life itself. What bunk!
This is the third time that I e-mailed WorldNetDaily.com about this kind of story, and they had it in their website within hours.
I don't know if it's me, or they would have done it anyway (they ARE pro-life), but it sure wouldn't hurt when we hear of this kind of thing, to inform them RIGHT AWAY.
Number one re: end stage looks pretty subjective to me.
Thanks for helping clear that up. I really was convinced that was the man with the disabilities.
The doctors in the malpractice case have been exonerated. It's shady that they weren't exonerated until Terri was gone. I'm sure that was planned that way by the judicial coven. That's what they are.
Scott has dough if he does voiceover work. Eliza deadliotto wants cash.
And when the innocent victim is pronounced dead, the bioethecists break out the champagne, the aclu celebrates and so do the Atheists of Florida. I believe one of the judges is in the aclu and an atheist but I noticed he didn't recuse himself re: Terri. If I had a PI, I'd run a check on that particular judge. He knows who he is.
I got tired of it and don't live in Florida. I changed it thru Jim, all legal-like, so I got to keep my old signup date and history of posts all together.
Joanna, you might ask Jim Robinson if he can still do this for you, and you can keep your 1st signup date.
Joanna, I also thought you should be on this thread due to the Polish connection. And I might have have some choice words to say to Eliza, such as the 'beeshna goovna' that the wife, Eliza Smith or Elisa Thomas is pulling, and I might need some Polish corrections here and there.
'beeshna goovna', is that right Joanna?
Thanks, oinky-fat was pretty funny, I'll have to remember
that next time I post the king photo
If we can't get this put back into the 'news' forum, I'd vote for abandoning it the next time a news update comes out on Scott Thomas.
Jim, this thread has been flame-free for over a hundred posts, I doubt it was you that moved it to the SBR, but could we please get it moved back into 'news' now?
And to EVERYONE else, could we please avoid bickering with the disruptors? This thread is about the Jacksonville man, Scott Thomas, whose wife wants him murdered in a hospice. All similarities to Terri, Donald Herbert, Sarah Scantlin, and others, plus pro-life issues in general are definately welcome, but lets not forget our focus on Scott Thomas, and please avoid the flamewars.
And, since the Schindlers are behind this cause of saving Scott Thomas, I sugggest we check www.terrisfight.org or sign up for their newsletter so we kind of follow their lead a little bit.
If she wasn't in the room, how does she know that's the way her husband was injured?
Did her husband tell her? Did the dog tell her?
>>>>Eliza Smith, 29, a Polish immigrant who came to the U.S. illegally, says Scott fell backwards over the family dog and struck his head in the kitchen. She was not in the room, she adds.
>>If she wasn't in the room, how does she know that's the way her husband was injured?
>>Did her husband tell her? Did the dog tell her?
I dont know, those are good questions, we need more answers
I checked their webpage, it hasnt changed since yesterday.
I dont want to signup for an email newsletter because I dont
read email very often unless I'm expecting something (spam overload).
I'll contact Pam by freep and see they we know more, or how we can help.
Yes, I really would like a photos of Scott. For my
picket signs etc. Well, I have to do something. Either
a "before" or current photo. And if the WINO won't let
the mother have a current photo, why we'll have to go with
a before one.
I think the mother should contact hospicepatients.org
and C.U.R.E. and not necessarily copy all the Schindlers
activities (not that I know enough about all the details)

I wonder if the Floriduh police detectives will be smart enough to ask those questions.
I agree. Don't feed the trolls.
It only puts fuel in their evil fire.

We've seen how horribly bad FL's LE can be lately.
They put the 'duh' in Foriduh for a reason.
Yes, but what's important is that the judge believed it. He heard the actual testimony, observed the witnesses, heard the cross examination, and even heard conflicting testimony.
He was in a better position to make the judgment than you or I.
(Joan Schiavo was Michael's sister-in-law, not his sister. And Terri's statements to those three were very specific -- I wouldn't categorize the statements as lame or even, technically, hearsay.)
I thought that was quite obvious when I posted, "It's being dismissed because you can't support it."
