The more I read about this gun nut I am still wondering why this conviction for gun running in Japan wouldn't hold here...especially with the Patriot Act now in place, how in the world can we keep a straight face when Spain convicts some of their train bombers and one of them that supplied the explosives, and after release from prison he comes to the USA and buys another few hundred pounds of high explosives for his nut hatching business...
