It's obvious that the martyrdom of Terri Schiavo is a satanic ritual. It's supposed to culminate tomorrow, day Jesus Christ died.
I'm sure many of you also have understood it. Instead of continuing listing the details, I will let you do it yourselves.

I've had to turn off the news and avoid FR because this is all so upsetting.
I hear you. I've cleaned the pool three times, pruned the roses down to nubs, and cleaned my desk (a massive feat).

As soon as this game is over, I'm going to clean all my carpets. :-) This house is *clean*.

I just wish all the good stuff didn't happen so late at night. I tell myself "I think I'll go to bed", then some damn FOX News Alert flashes across the TV screen, and I end up staying up a bit longer. LOL

Just read thru the 11th Court of Appeals that affirmed the denial of the reinsertion tube.
Claims that were not decided in prior opinions:
Count 6...ADA violation.. Michael Schiavo is not a public entity nor a public accomodation...Hospice of Florida Suncoast is not public entity.
Count 7...Rehabilition Act of 1973... she would not have any need for a feeding tube to deliver nutrition/hydration but for her medical condition so does not apply.
Count 8...Procedural Due Process claim..Citing constitutional law does not work the way the petitioner seeks.
Count 9...Cruel and Unusual Punishment...without merit..Constitutional provision applies only to punishment after conviction of a crime..not life support or medical treatments.
Count 10..Claims 14th Amendment Due Process Clause is violated...Plaintiff again relied on Cruzan...(didn't get all those details)......states that due process has been afforded in abundance...not only has Mrs. Schiavo's case been given due process, but few, if any, have ever been afforded this heightened level of process.
Opinion
Read opinion to verify above info....this was just a quick list of what I read.

oh, not Randall.
Well, she's Mrs. Schiavo to me...I've never met the woman and am not one of those who pretends to know her better than her husband.
Tell me..what was she like before the accident?
