Seems like if SCOTUS goes the right way on this, it could set a precedent for starting to restrict the Commerce Clause back to its original intent.
We'll just have to see whether the conservative court members can be more pro-Constitution than anti-drug.

I hope you're right, but I seriously doubt it. The SCOTUS is definitely NOT pro-Constitution, & hasn't been for the last 80 years, I'd say.
